Scarlett’s Daily Health Practice

Scarlett wanted to share her health and wellbeing routine with all of you to help during this time. Please note that this is HER routine and of course is all care and no responsibility about sharing this as you have to do whatever feels right for you. During this time I have had a lot of people ask about how to stay healthy and so I am sharing what I do that supports me in my life and has always supported me. An important medicine is what we eat.  Please know that I am not 100% great with my food, I love food and especially when I get my monthly hormonal migraines, Vegemite toast and a cup of tea is my go to saviour. Perhaps not as healthy as I’d like, however from someone who has tried everything over the years I have discovered one thing – it comes back to HOW I am eating it. What does that mean? It means that it’s the feeling and the attitude in the way that I choose and consume my food has the most impact. HOWEVER, I do consume and avoid certain foods because I know what they do to my body and how they make me feel after I eat them – which is not good. An important tip is I always try to get organic but sometimes you can’t and that’s okay – I am always grateful to have food at all.

When I was a practicing Buddhist, I used to watch the ceremonies that includes mounds of sweets and chocolates that were offerings to the deities and we had to consume foods I would never normally touch. I would never forget what my teacher said to me, ‘this is not a chocolate, this is blessed food remember that as you eat it’. I then realised that it’s all about our attitude. In fact most recently I revisited that advice and decided to just eat what I really wanted and made myself be present with the food I consumed, be present with what I REALLY wanted to eat. I call it ‘conscious’ eating and yes, I lost weight, well ‘released’ weight is a better term! So be truly mindful of what you are eating.  In terms of the my daily routine, I aim to do all of what I have stated below, it doesn’t happen everyday but most days. My amino acids and vitamins are daily, I take then 2-3 times a day, I have been on this amino acids for 18 years and the practitioners are truly life-saving in my eyes, their ability to know the body is unlike anything I’ve seen and they have great experience and knowledge about viruses, I feel in safe hands. I know that the virus is a dense energy and doesn’t like light, so I focus on keeping my vibration high and taking in sunlight. I also have a great air filter, needs to have the charcoal filter, called a HEPA filter. It keeps your home your healing centre, always building your immune system up.

Foods I Eat

  • Fish
  • Tofu
  • Goats Cheese
  • Brown and White Rice 
  • Miso soup (sometimes organic packets or out of bigger container)
  • Umboshi Plums
  • Noodes (Japanese)
  • Pasta – all kinds
  • Pancakes (on a Sunday with spelt flour, butter, lemon and mayple syrup)
  • Bread (I go for the Bakers Delight – better for your tummy one OR the flat Mountain bread)
  • Pasta – all kinds

  • Watermelon
  • Celery Juice

Foods I Avoid

  • Yellow cheese
  • White bread
  • Egg Whites (where virus is carried)
  • Ham, Veal, Pork (Where virus is carried)
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol 

My Morning

  • Start my day with a teaspoon of lemon and aloe vera juice
  • Have my amino acid drink by Vital Life Energy Formulas 
  • A tablespoon of Hydrated Bentonite in a quarter of a glass of water
  • Gargle with a small teaspoon of sea salt and warm water, then with a squirt of Betadine Throat Gargle
  • Stretch for 5-10 Minutes, whatever feels good
  • Sit facing the sun with my eyes shut for 2 mins
  • Meditate for 15 Minutes (Find stillness, focus on what you want to FEEL and then focus on breath)
  • Do a coffee or Liquid Chlorophyll enema (small amount of coffee liquid from plunger into water – about a litre, if Chlorophyll, just a splash into water – contact me for more info)

My Evening

  • Foot bath with a quarter of a cup of epsom salts
  • Rub in a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 drop of oregano oil in the base of the feet (I then put socks on for a while)
  • Take my Vital Life Energy Formulas with Aloe Vera (just a teaspoon with it) and 2 charcoal caps (make sure caps not tablets)
  • Take Hydrate Bentonite (1 teaspoon) with a glass of water 
  • Hot water bottle and caster pack on my belly or back (Please note you MUST BE on the Vital Life Formulas to do the Caster Oil Pack or will have adverse impact – speak to them about what area is best for YOU)
  • Meditate for 15 Mins (Finding stillness, let go of the day, focus on what you want to FEEL and WANT and focus then on breathing)
